What Is Drain and Dispose Support?

The removal and disposal of residual fluids and/or materials (hazardous and non-hazardous) in accordance with federal, state, and local, environmental requirements as well as in compliance with 49 CFR 172.704.

Why & When Is Drain and Disposal Mandatory?

D&D support is a necessity on and off the waterfront encompassing multiple lines of work. Such jobs include but are not limited to: waste oil and sludge pump outs, tank cleaning; bilge cleaning and maintenance; piping modifications / replacements; hydro-blasting of condensers, heat exchangers, boilers, tube bundles and piping; 10K to 40K ultra high pressure(UHP) washing; fuel, oil and chemical flushes; hydraulic oil refurbishing; chemical cleaning.

Above our first priority to be in compliance and above reproach with state and federal laws at all times, ProTank firmly believes in the relationship between the environment and humanity as one of interdependence – each affecting the other. Therefore, just as our choices and actions affect the environment, the health of the planet influences our own personal health and wellbeing as well as our communities, families and economies. Our duty and success in proper disposal of such materials (hazardous & non-hazardous) is on the frontlines of our environmental health and safety.
